Narrative:
08/28/14 at 1300hrs, Harrisburg Police Vice Unit executed a search warrant at the “Tap Room” located at 1402 N 3rd St. This investigation was launched due to neighborhood complaints of open air drug dealing inside the bar. As a result of the search warrant, Thomas Tumor, a bar employee, was arrested and charged with PWI – crack cocaine. The street value of the drugs seized was $300. The investigation has been referred to the Liquor Control Enforcement, and is ongoing. Three other individuals were arrested for warrants, which were unrelated to the investigation.

25 year old Harrisburg resident Franklyn Tavares-Gonzalez was arrested for aggravated assault, reckless endangering, and firing a weapon in the City of Harrisburg.
Tavares-Gonzalez is accused of shooting at a vehicle containing Dauphin County Adult Probation officers on the 1400 block of Vernor street in Harrisburg.
