When asked about the announcement of her decision to run for a second term as the Mayor of Harrisburg, Linda Thompson replied with a sly smile, "You'll hear more about that in another press conference."

Her Campaign for Mayor 2013 Kick-off event is scheduled for January 15, 2013 at 6:00pm at the Goodwin Memorial Baptist Church, 2430 N3rd Street.
