RESOLUTIONS
•Resolution 74-2015 – A Resolution approving the Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan submitted by 18 South Third, LLC to convert approximately 15,000 square feet of office space at 18-22 South Third Street into 15 one-bedroom/loft apartments.
•Resolution 75-2015 – A Resolution approving the Preliminary/Final Subdivision and Land Development Plan submitted by Gary Lenker of Tri-County HDC, LTD to re-subdivide the five unimproved parcels along the south side of the 1500 block of Swatara Street into three parcels with single-family homes.
•Resolution 79-2015 – A Resolution approving the Preliminary/Final Subdivision and Land Development Plan Application submitted by the Pennsylvania Economic Development Financing Authority (“PEDFA”) to subdivide the current property and transfer an approximately 4,700 square foot portion to the 5 North Fifth Street Corporation.
•Resolution 80-2015 - A resolution approving the submission of a grant application for a $15,000 Fire Company and Volunteer Ambulance Service Grant administered through the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency.
•Resolution 81-2015 – A Resolution appointing Ms. Danielle Bowers to serve on the Zoning Hearing Board of the City of Harrisburg.
•Resolution 82-2015 - A Resolution ratifying the submission of an Application for a $57,500 Dauphin County 2015 Local Share Municipal Grant for the purchase of laptop computers for the City's Police Department.
•Resolution 83-2015 – A Resolution ratifying the submission of an Application for a $300,000 Dauphin County 2015 Local Share Municipal Grant to assist in repairs to Fire Station 1 and Station 2.
•Resolution 84-2015 - A Resolution appointing Ms. Ryan Patterson to serve on the Harrisburg Planning Commission.
•Resolution 85-2015 - A Resolution appointing Ms. Ausha Green to serve as an alternate member on the Zoning Hearing Board.
