Capital BlueCross invited the public and press to an open forum to discuss the installation of signs and fitness stations along Riverfront Park.rnAll speakers, every one, gave commentary in favor of removing the signs,some questioned how Gloria Giambalvo, Special Events Marketing Manager had the legal right to sign any contract on behalf of the City of Harrisburg.And just a note, most if not all of the speakers thanked Capital BlueCross for the opportunity to give an opinion of the contract, and we do as well.rnWe will post video tomorrow.
