This afternoon we posted a response to the Patriot News story concerning the downturn in the commercial real estate market.rnWe did a little research into the sheriff sale set next week and found a couple commercial properties scheduled for sale, a gas station on 29th street, a industrial bldg on Cameron St,an investment property of one of the supporters of the now apparently defunct Aloft Hotel project on second street, it appears that Manish Sehgal and his wife Erika Gillmeister have failed miserably at the game of investing and making money in the Harrisburg rental market,Manish even appeared on the Fred Clark "one on one" TV show bragging about his investment strategies.As proof of the value of research we found this nugget, Sean Barowski of the Kokomos sports bar chain is also on the list to be foreclosed on next Thursday, he is alleged to owe in excess of $736,000.
