It's time for members of this community to start recognizing Harrisburg University for what it is: a colossal misallocation of funds to educate a pitfully small number of students. With the amount of time, energy, philanthopy, and resources that have been dedicated to this Mayoral Legacy Project we could have sent each one of these students on full scholarships to Harvard, poured funds into a variety of other worthy causes, including the HACC Midtown Campus development and any number of other community-oriented projects that would have supported small business growth and true urban revitalization. Luciew's puff piece is as bad as the GSA saying we needed a new courthouse to fill in the "teeth" in our skyline.
