Ex- Defense contractor Mitchell Wade is sentenced to 30 months in jail a 250K fine and 3 years parole.

Wade plead guilty to 4 felony charges and cooperated with the dept of Justice in the Duke Cunningham, Brent Wilkes, and John T. Mitchel investigations.

Wades attorney stated that Wade spent over 2 million dollars of his own money to assist the Dept of Justice in the investigations.

Wade bribed Cunningham more than 1.8 million dollars and in return his company MZM received defense contracts of more than 150 million dollars between the years 2002-2005.

The company was named after his children Morgan, Zachary, and Matthew, they are seen entering and exiting the courthouse.
