Kirk A. Petroski, the City Clerk of Harrisburg has released the following agenda for tomorrow's City Council Meeting. City Council will meet at 6:00 pm.

Approval of the Minutes of the Legislative Session of December 17th, 2013.

Ordinances Scheduled for First Reading are as follows:

Bill 1-2014 : An Ordinance establishing the budget for the City of Harrisburg for 2014.

Bill 2-2014 : An Ordinance amending the Codified Ordinances of the City of Harrisburg, Titile V, Licensing and Taxation, Part V, Real Estate Taxes, Chapter 5-5-1, Property Tax, by establishing the 2014 tax levy on land and improvements and providing for the distribution of taxes levied and assessed and providing for a tax rebate for the difference between the tax due and attributable to the 2014 tax levy over the tax due and attributable to the year 2006 tax levy for qualifying senior citizens.

Resolutions:

Resolution 1-2014 : A resolution appointing Ms. Lenora M. Smith to serve on the Board of the Capital Area Transit Authority.

Resolution 2.2-14 : A Resolution appointing Ms. Kathy Possinger to serve on the Board of the Captial Area Transit Authority.
