The Pennsylvania House and Senate will convene at 1:00 pm today. Here's a look at agenda items to be considered by the House and Senate Standing Committees.

In the House:

At 10:00 am the Board of Directors for the Center For Rural Pennsylvania will hold a regular business meeting in the Senate Rules Room.

The House Human Services Committee will hold an informational meeting on Autism Services at 10:00 am in Room 60 of the East Wing.

At 11:00 am the House Insurance Committee will hold a Voting meeting on HB 1837, SB 1040 in Room B31 of the Main Capitol.

Aging & Older Adult Services will meet at 11:00 am to hold a public hearing on elder abuse in G50 of the Irvis Office Building.

At 12:00 pm the Joint Legislative Conservation Committee will hold an environmental issues forum on PA Water Data Planning in Room 8E-A of the East Wing.

Also at 12:00 pm the House Children & Youth Committee will hold an informational meeting about the Youth and Families' IT Improvement Plan and Database of Protective Services in Room B31 of the Main Capitol.

The House Appropriations Committee is scheduled to be called off the floor and meet in Room 140 of the Main Capitol.

In the Senate:

The Senate Appropriations Committee will be called off the floor of the Senate to consider Senate Bills No. SB 75, SB 622, SB 1009 and SB 1195; and House Bills No. HB 414, HB 726, HB 1274, HB 1424, HB 1523, 1HB 644 and HB 1706) in the Rules Committee Conference Room.
