UPDATED on October 29th, 2013 at 10:20 am to reflect a statement received from Brad Koplinski.

On September 18th, 2013, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania ordered the administrative suspension of Brad Joseph Koplinski's license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The decision was rendered as a result of Koplinski's failure to comply with Rule 219 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Disciplinary Enforcement. The provisions of Rule 219 govern annual filing requirements for licensed attorneys. Here's a link to the provisions of Rule 219. Annual registration of attorneys.

Koplinksi's suspension became active on October 18th, 2013 and was removed on October 24th, 2013. Here's a copy of Koplinski's reinstatement letter.

We reached out to Koplinski shortly before publishing this story but he was not immediately available for comment. Brad contacted us the following day and explained that his failure to pay his registration fee was an oversight. As soon as it was brought to his attention he immediately rectified the issue with the Supreme Court.
