Type of Incident: Robbery.

. Date / Time: 01-28-2013 at about 0935 hrs.

. Location: Susquehanna and Basin Sts.

. Investigating Officer: Detective Division.

. Victim R/S/A: White female, 29, Midtown Harrisburg resident.

. Suspect: Black male, young, about 5’8” tall and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.

. Charges: Pending.

. Narrative: On 01-28-2013 at about 0935 hrs. patrol officers were dispatched to the intersection of Susquehanna and Basin Sts. on a report of a robbery. The victim said that she walking to a nearby place for breakfast. She was confronted by a robber who pulled a sawed-off shotgun from his pants and pointed it at her. She dropped her purse and moved back. The robber picked up the purse and ran. The victim ran after him while screaming for help. Two service technicians from a local company tried to help the victim but the robber got away. The victim lost her cell phone, keys, ipod and a small amount of cash. She was not harmed.
