During the Municipal Financial Advisory Committee Meeting of June 13, 2012, the City of Harrisburg's Chief Operating Officer presents a status report to the Committee. He states he believes the City's financial recovery is rooted in the Receiver's Recovery Plan. "We must remain working on priorities," Mendez stresses and outlines the progress he has made in developing a Strategic Management Plan for the Finance Bureau.
