Senate Rules Committee votes to approve SB 1310___________________ An Act amending the act of December 5, 1936 (2nd Sp.Sess., 1937 P.L.2897, No.1), known as the Unemployment Compensation Law, further providing for definitions, for determination of contribution rate and experience rating and for contributions by employees; providing for additional contribution for debt service; further providing for trigger determination, for trigger rate redeterminations, for reports by employers and assessments, for contributions to be liens and entry and enforcement thereof, for collection of contributions and interest and injunctions, for dishonored checks, for qualifications required to secure compensation, for rate and amount of compensation and for Unemployment Compensation Fund; providing for Debt Service Fund and for Reemployment Fund; further providing for State Treasurer as custodian and for recovery and recoupment of compensation; providing for unemployment compensation bonds and for unemployment compensation amnesty program; and making a related repeal.
