Rob Tepliz, candidate for the 15th PA Senate seat, testified against moving the City of Harrisburg into the 48th senatorial district with all of Lebanon County. Teplitz asserted, "These are not communities of interest ? the residents of the City of Harrisburg and its immediate suburbs do not share the same local priorities, values, and concerns as the residents of Lebanon County."
