After serving more then 30 years for rape, indecent assault and corrupting the morals of minors, cult leader George Feigley is expected to enter his home on Derry street after being released from prison earlier today. Feigley operated the Neo American Church which officials described as a sex cult.During his incarceration he escaped twice and in another attempt two of his followers drowned in a sewage line. r
