Governor Corbett appoints David Black to the Municipal Financial Recovery Advisory Committee for the City of Harrisburg, the advisory committee will consist of the Mayor of Harrisburg or designee, the president of city council or designee, David Black, and a member chosen by Dauphin County commissioners.
