Harrisburg city council approves Resolution #5 2012 the resolution requests the US Dept of Justice or other federal agencies to investigate the financial transactions related to the 2003, 2007 Bond and SWAP deals, as well as the 2007 CIT Barlow transaction. The vote comes just days after board members of the Harrisburg Authority made public a forensic audit preformed for the Authority.
