Jill Seaman was sentenced today to a 9-23 month sentence in the Dauphin County prison system, Seaman will enter the county work release center on January 26,2012 Dauphin county Judge Lewis ordered Seaman to pay $50,000 in restitution and more than $20,000 in fines for her role in the "computergate" scandal. Seaman was found guilty of 36 felony and 4 misdemeanor charges, she will be eligible for parole after seven months. Chief Deputy Attorney General Frank Fina objected to Seaman taking a job at the lobby firm Pugliese Associates in order to fulfill her work release requirements but was rebuffed by Judge Lewis who allowed the request.
