UPDATE - From Occupy Harrisburg "Arrest At Occupy Harrisburg" (Harrisburg, PA) October 23: At 11:45 a.m. Sunday, Capitol police arrested a man for outstanding out-of-state warrants. The man had not been violent, but had become agitated, and a call was placed to 911 out of concern for his safety. Police and Community Life Team paramedics responded. The man, whose name is unavailable, did not cause a disturbance and did not resist arrest. The Occupy Movement is, as always, committed to non-violence and peaceable assembly. rnrnrn Capitol police arrested this adult white man at 11:55 am, more info asap.
