Harrisburg's water crisis got got a little personal for the 16K employees at the capitol complex, water main repairs have resulted in low water pressure forcing the closing of bathrooms throughout the capitol grounds, DGS has provided 17 toilets for more than 16K + employees, several people have voiced concern of the lack of hand sanitizer and not being able to wash hands after using the toilets.
