Judge Evans removed Postelle from the ballot, Evans ruled that Postelle failed to secure the 100 names needed to remain on the republican ballot, Postelle's name will appear on the democratic ballot along with Tim Carter and Paul T. Zozos the 22 year old son of D J George Zozos.
