While researching our archives we came across this interview with then Harrisburg Authority Board Member Eric Papenfuse, the interview was recorded on October 14, 2007 and consists of at least six separate videos related to The Harrisburg Authority Special Projects Fund.

Video 1. The misuse of public funds from the school district and the RRF.

Video 2. Ripe for abuse.

Video 3. John Levenda, guns and knives,

Video 4. Once Mayor Reed ran out of fees, he started to get creative. In October of 2000 he had The Harrisburg Authority become the developer of the parking lots of the National Civil War Museum and in exchange the Harrisburg Authority designated the Harrisburg Parking Authority as the operator of the parking area, the Harrisburg Parking Authority then paid the Harrisburg Authority a $2.8 million fee which was then moved into the Special Projects Fund to purchase artifacts.

Video 5. This doesn't look right to me.

Video 6. The Harrisburg Authority charged 239,000 dollars in fees for the 2003 School District SWAP.
