"I can say with a certainty that their will be none"

Harrisburg City Council interviewed potential board members during a January 30, 2007 meeting and would eventually appointed three members James Ellison, Erica Bryce and Eric Papenfuse.

The three along with members of Harrisburg City Council would become defendants in a lawsuit filed by Mayor Steve Reed in an effort to keep the three members from being seated on the Board of the Authority, the lawsuit is still working it's way through the Pa court system, fees have exceeded one million dollars and are being paid by the taxpayers of Harrisburg.

One of the law firms working on behalf of Mayor Reed suing both Ellison and Thompson is Cozen and O'Connor, the firm through it's PAC-Cozen and O'Connor/State and Local PAC on 9.24.9 contributed $500 to Thompson's Leadership for Harrisburg committee the campaign treasurer is James Ellison
