Gettysburg Times reported that David LeVan held a press event Thursday January 12th at Hanover Shoe Farms to announce his plans to apply for a harness racing and category 1 casino license.
LeVan has unsuccessfully applied for a category 2 (At large casino license) in 2006, and category 3 (Resort casino license) in 2010.
