The Harrisburg Parking Authority Board approved the following resolution by a 5-0 vote. Whereas, PEDFA has withheld Rent and City Payments without justification and in violation of the Lease, the Asset Transfer Agreement and the Indenture.

Letter signed by Harrisburg Parking Authority Chair Vern L. McKissick addressed to PEDFA The accrued Rent due as of the date of this notice is $678,571.96.

Harrisburg Mayor Eric Papenfuse spoke to board members of the Pennsylvania Economic Development Financing Authority (PEDFA) Wednesday afternoon.

Our relationship with SP Plus and PK Harris is good and improving. Our relationship with CREDC is poor and getting worse.

The Official Statement of the PEDFA $286 million revenue bonds states that CREDC shall be paid $8K a month plus expenses.

In consideration of the performance of CREDC's services under this Agreement, and subject to the provisions of Section 4.08 herein, CREDC shall be paid such reasonable fees as proposed by CREDC in each year of the Term. Initially, the fee of CREDC shall be $8,000.00 per month, payable in advance on the first business day of each month commencing on January 2, 2014. In addition, CREDC shall be paid a pro rated monthly fee, based on such initial amount, for the period from December 23, 2013 through January 2, 2014.

Harrisburg Police - Home invasion 1500 block of Green Street.

As released by the Harrisburg Bureau of Police

On 07/08/2016 at 2210 hours, Harrisburg Police responded to a home invasion on the 1500 block of Green Street. The victims related that they were walking home from a nearby location and entered their residence. Once inside the male was walking to the door that he had entered through. It was at this time that he noticed a male wearing a mask holding what appeared to be a gun. This male demanded money from the victim and took his wallet that contained money in it. It was at this time that the male victim noticed two additional males with firearms. One of the males went upstairs and confronted the female victim. This male demanded money which the victim provided.

The males are described as follows:

Suspect 1: A heavy set black male wearing a dark color sweatshirt, black mask pulled up, and jeans.

Suspect 2: A 6 foot tall, thin black male wearing a dark color hoodie and gray sweat pants.

Suspect 3: A thin, light skinned black male, wearing a dark (possibly red) sweatshirt, and gray sweat pants.

Anyone that have information regarding this incident asked to call police at 717-558-6900 and ask for a detective or supervisor.

Dauphin County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2000 for information leading to an arrest in this incident.
