Joseph Brimmeier, former CEO of the Pa Turnpike plead guilty to one felony criminal count Thursday afternoon in courtroom one in the Dauphin county courthouse.
He was sentenced to 60 months probation.
250 hours of community service.
$2500 fine.

Brimmeier Factual Basis for Guilty Plea (as read to the Court):
While the Chief Executive Officer of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission ("PTC"), I engaged in conduct that constituted a conflict of interest, to wit, I accepted free hospitality from agents of engineering firm Orth-Rodgers & Associates, Inc. ("O-RA") as well as contributions by agents of OR-A to Governor Edward Rendell, who appointed me as CEO of the PTC, and who I relied upon for continuing employment, when I took official actions to influence the award of PTC contracts to OR-A.

Video: George Hatalowich 47, 224 Tiverton Lane, Harrisburg, PA, is charged with seven counts of restricted activities, three counts of unlawful bid-rigging, two counts of corrupt organizations, one count of commercial bribery, one count of criminal attempt, and one count of criminal conspiracy.
George Hatalowich plead guilty to one felony Conflict of Interest and received the same sentence as Brimmeier.

While the Chief Operating Officer of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission( "PTC"), I engaged in conduct that constituted a conflict of interest, to wit, I accepted free hospitality and gifts from agents of engineering firm McTish, Kunkle & Associates, Inc. ("McTish"), when I took official actions to influence the award of PTC contracts to McTish.
