Harrisburg Police Report - Homicide Charges.

As released by the Harrisburg Bureau of police.

Narrative:

06/03/14 at 2330hrs, Harrisburg Police officers were dispatched to 39 row Hall Manor for a report of shots fired with a person down. Upon arrival, Daylynn Smith was discovered lying in Hanover St. He was transported to the hospital for a gunshot wound, but was later pronounced deceased.

UPDATE: On 07/01/14, Johnny Collins was charged with homicide, for the killing of Daylynn Smith. He was already incarcerated in Dauphin County Prison on other charges.

Harrisburg Police Report - Robbery.

05/29/14 at 1642hrs, Harrisburg Police officers were dispatched to the See-Right Pharmacy, for a robbery that just occurred. The suspect, later identified as Genaro Cruz, brandished a gun during the robbery.

Cruz has lived in Marysville, and be in that area. There is an active robbery warrant for Cruz’s arrest.
