Harrisburg Police Report: Criminal Attempt Homicide/Rape

Released by the Harrisburg Bureau of Police.

Harrisburg police have arrested Roy E. Gilbert-Kristman for allegedly choking and raping a 29 year old woman Thursday April 10th around 11:30 pm

"The victim reported walking home from a local bar and being approached by the accused. They had further conversation and went to her garage . The accused eventually attacked the victim, striking and choking the victim to the point of passing out."

The attack took place at the 200 block of south third street in downtown Harrisburg.

During a meeting with downtown merchants Tuesday morning Park Harrisburg (SP+) introduced three new monthly parking options at the River street garage, the residential parking option is available to any resident of the city of Harrisburg.

Residential Parking $60 Per month.

Monday to Friday, enter time after 4pm and exit by 9am.

Saturday and Sunday, unlimited parking, enter and exit at anytime (must exit the garage by 9am Monday morning)

Includes 7 major holidays.

Moonlighter $80 Per Month.

Monday to Friday, enter anytime after 4pm and exit by 3am.

Saturday and Sunday unlimited parking, enter and exit at anytime (must exit the garage by 8am Monday morning)

Includes 7 major holidays.

Mid Day $90 Per Month.

Monday to Friday, enter any time after 11am and exit by 3am
