Neil Grover, founder of Debt Watch Harrisburg comments during Wednesday's Harrisburg Authority meeting, Grover brought up the pending Chapter 9 bankruptcy hearing for the city of Stockton CA, and encouraged the Board of the Authority 'To think about authorizing "Amicus briefs when the opportunities arise, on how this law going to be applied to municipalities."

Representative Patty Kim invites elected officials, press and public to a roundtable discussion concerning the failing infrastructure of the City of Harrisburg, Mayor Thompson not only refused Kim's offer but stated "I just wanted to inform you that we have taken the leadership role" Thompson described her "Global and proactive plan." and recommended that Kim and Senator Teplitz attend Harrisburg Authority meetings.
