A. Notification from Alpha Consulting Engineers, Inc. advising that Hershey IL-AL Investors LLC are applying to DEP for a NPDES Permit for stormwater discharges associated with the construction of “The Crossings at Hershey”, a proposed senior living facility located in South Hanover Township.

B. Notification from Red Barn Consulting, Inc. advising that Linford Snyder is applying to DEP for a NPDES Permit for stormwater discharges associated with the expansion of an existing poultry operation at 820 Luxemberg Road in Lykens Township.

C. Notification from Facility Operation and Maintenance, Inc. advising that Fishing Creek Homeowners Association will be applying to DEP for the renewal of a NPDES Permit (PA0084018) for the existing, packaged, in-ground, extended aeration, sewage treatment plant serving the Fishing Creek Estates Development.

D. Notification from Pennsy Supply advising that they have submitted an application to DEP for the renewal of a State Only Operating Permit (22-05046) for the Fiddler Elbow North Asphalt Plant in Lower Swatara Township.

E. Notification from Pennoni advising that the Milton Hershey School is applying to DEP for a NPDES Permit for an outfall to the Founders Hall Pond/Unnamed Tributary to Spring Creek for the discharge of non-contact cooling water derived from an underground well associated with a heat pump and cooling water for ice rink refrigeration equipment.
