11/1/14 Harrisburg Police officers were dispatched to investigate a report of a male lying near the riverwalk adjacent the Walnut Street Bridge. They found the victim unresponsive and summoned EMS personnel, who determined the man had been stabbed. He was transported to Hershey Medical Center, where he later died. At this time his identity is not known. The victim is described as white male with dark hair combed straight back just above the collar, clean shaven,  approximately 5’9” tall and 170-180 lbs, in his late thirties to early forties. He did not have a jacket or coat with him. He was wearing a “Ricky Vaughn” Cleveland Indians baseball jersey that was navy blue in color and had the name Vaughn and the number 99 in red on the back. He wore a white t-shirt under the jersey, with blue jeans and black high top Merrell brand hiking/walking shoes.
