During Tuesday's Hbg city council meeting resolution number 8 of 2014 was voted on and approved by a 6-1 margin, the resolution called for the hiring of Neil Grover as city solicitor.

Council member Sandra Reid presents her reasons for voting against the hiring Neil Grover Unfortunately I'm not going to be affirmative on this vote.

When the vote was taken Reid reversed her position and voted to hire Grover.

The lone no vote came from Shamaine Daniels who believes that Neil Grover has a least one conflict of interest. I requested an ethics opinion from the Pennsylvania Bar Association Ethics Board.

Good luck on that one Councilwoman Daniels. While the Bar Association Ethics has historically looked the other way in these matters sooner or latter they must not only live up to their own standards, they must take judicial notice of their oaths as it relates to the constitution and the PEOPLE. Councilwoman Daniels,

Thank you for what you are attempting to do on behalf of the PEOPLE in general for the residents of Harrisburg in particular. Hopefully, your passion and commitment will rub off on others. Being the lone voice surrounded by a pack of wolves in sheep's clothing is not easy, but know that your efforts are admired and appreciated. Yah Bless!
