Michael Hughes, Tax Enforcement Officer of the City of Harrisburg presents an update to Harrisburg Receiver William Lynch and members of the Municipal Financial Recovery Committee, Hughes provides information on the sale of city assets, union employment changes, mercantile tax penalty increases and the proposed installation of up to 4500 LED street lights over the next seven years at a estimated 2.4 million dollars.
