Capitol reporters spoke with transportation secretary Barry Schoch Friday afternoon about the possibility of the Pa House passing SB1 (transportation funding) Schoch describes some of the issues that could result if the bill stalls or is voted down this session, from posting restrictions on additional bridges and doing less paving of roadways as well as the effect on the economy and the effect of economic competitiveness of the commonwealth.
