Two tow trucks arrived around 3pm Sunday at the Uptown shopping plaza to enforce the no parking ban within the Fire Lane area of the plaza, I spoke with the driver of the tow truck who told me that the charge to release a car is $120 and that on Friday the company detained more than twenty vehicles.
