Here are a series of videos from the October 24, 2012 meeting of the Harrisburg Parking Authority and The City of Harrisburg's Receiver Team. Receiver General William Lynch and the Receiver's financial advisor, Steven Goldfield, met with various employees of the Harrisburg Parking Authority (HPA) to discuss the impending lease of the City's parking system to Harrisburg First, LLC.On

With the intention of informing the HPA staff about the process and procedure the Office of the Receiver is engaging in to monetize the City's most valuable asset, Lynch and Goldfield explained several details of the endeavor including elements of negotiation, timelines, and ultimate goals.
