Five days after Pennsylvania's first ever municipal receiver, Harrisburg Receiver David Unkovic, submitted his resignation, the Governor speaks about the situation. Reporter Charlie Thompson asks Corbett about the "undercurrent" of postulation that Unkovic left because of pressure from the Governor's Office. Corbett adamantly dismisses any suggestion that his Administration was part of the push and political pressure Unkovic referred to in his resignation letter. Despite the fact that Unkovic named State and County officials as hindrances to the City's Recovery along with creditors and lobbyists, the Governor seems to put the responsibility squarely on Harrisburg's officials, "This City government is not easy to work with." A new receiver has yet to be named. --Tara Leo Auchey
