Finance director Bob Kroboth delivers more bad news to Hbg city council members, Kroboth describes how Tuesday's bid opening for the sale of Harrisburg city tax lien claims had only one bidder who just minutes before the 3pm deadline pulled the bid leaving the city with a potential budget hole of $1.2 million, Kroboth had estimated that the lien sale wound generate $1.9 million to be used in the 2012 budget, if the lien sale does not take place then $700K in 2011 surplus would be wiped out and a shortage of $1.2 million carried into 2012 Part - 1
