Council moved two bills into committees , Bill #10 of 2010 will change the name of the Mayor's office of Economic Development to the Mayor's office of Equal Economic Opportunity and bill #11 of 2010 changing the name of the Dept of Parks and Recreation to the Dept of Parks Recreation and Enrichment
